METHANIZATION

In order to meet the problems of different inputs, SERMATEC Recycling offers comprehensive solutions including dosing hoppers, conveying, stone removers, stone removers, premix feed screws. Our systems are capable of supplying 2 injection lines simultaneously.

COMPOSTING

SCREENING

Our screening lines were originally developed for screening compost from green waste and sewage sludge and consist of a dosing hopper, a trommel and conveyors. These lines have been adapted to other products, such as crushed GEM and PAM, wheat straw, earth, etc.

HOPPERS AND FEEDERS

SERMATEC Recycling installs all types of flat or trough belt system conveyors, redlers, screw conveyors, etc.:

  • Lightweight: folded sheet metal, stainless steel or painted profiles

SERMATEC Recycling masters the design of hoppers adapted to all types of products, for each requested flow rate from 1m3 to 1000m3/h integrating dosing and weighing technologies. Hopper feed systems can be horizontal or inclined bottom, belt or moving floor.
