Our means

Conventional machinery fleet

Our conventional machining machine park, made up of lathes and milling machines, allows us to manufacture prototypes and also ensures that we are responsive during the phases essential to the development of these same prototypes.

Boiler workshop

Our boilermaking workshop is equipped with a shear, a folder, a saw and a punching machine to comprehensively meet our manufacturing needs for mechanically welded constructions in painted, galvanized or stainless steel.

Mechanical design office

The tools of the AUTODESK Product Design Suite software allow our mechanical design office teams to realize the innovative ideas of our customers through all stages of the life cycle of a product from its birth to its recycling in through its ecological impact. 3D digital models represent the first realizations of an idea, of a prototype. Digital simulations make it possible to define and validate both the designs (finite element simulation) and also the kinematics of a prototype. The eco material advisor also makes it possible to measure the ecological impact linked to the choice of materials. Thus, eco-design is also taken into account.

Electrical design office

The experience of our teams of automation engineers makes it possible to implement a multitude of tools that have been mastered for a long time (Siemens API programming, Schneider, Omron, Fanuc robot programming, Staubli, etc.). It also allows you to adapt:
