SERMATEC innovates with DeepTech Plasma Electrolytic Polishing (PEP) technology

New customer, new machine in Asia

SERMATEC supports its historic customers but also its new customers, in France and abroad.

Thus, a team installed a new electrochemical machining and deburring machine for a new customer in China.

During this installation, our team:
– started this new installation,
– validated with the customer the quality obtained on its parts,
– supported the production team on the first batches to be produced,
– trained production, methods and maintenance workers.

 

 

 

New machine in China

SERMATEC continues to support its clients on innovative projects. Thus, we have just supplied and successfully installed a new robotic electrochemical machining machine.

This new installation built around a robot allows:
– to carry out special machining on 2 parts at a time,
– wash them
– to dry them

The machine has autonomous electrolyte treatment and monitors parts and their machining parameters (traceability).
